These services include Infrared Thermographic Surveys, Ultrasonic Noise Analysis with Partial Discharge Detection, Vibration Analysis, Gas-in-Oil Analysis, Oil Quality, Data and Temperature Trending, Fluid and Air Flow Measurements, and of course, Visual Inspection.

Individually, these tests are good predictors, but in combination, these non-invasive diagnostic tests can predict with a high level of confidence potential problems with electrical components and systems long before they become critical.

This high degree of confidence in Diagnostic and Predictive Maintenance makes these test very cost effective, helping to reduce maintenance costs and avoid costly unscheduled outages.

ECP performs Diagnostic and Predictive Maintenance Services on the following components and systems (tests used will vary with each component and system):

• Oil Filled and Pad Mount Transformers
